●Conceptualize and identify new investment opportunities in key strategic areas/investment topics. ●Explore, establish, and review new investment opportunities through networking, deal sourcing. ●Develop and maintain investment models, portfolio data, and conduct supporting analysis. ●Identify major risks faced by the investment portfolio and implement strategies accordingly to minimize the risk. ●Analyze the quality of different investment projects from a technical perspective and conduct in-depth technical research, producing reports regularly. ●Negotiation, structuring and review of legal agreements. ●Establish, communicate, and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
●Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in computer science or technical/programming related fields. With English proficiency as a working language. ●Proficient in understanding and interpreting smart contracts, with a high level of knowledge in programming languages like C++. ●Capable of conducting industry research, formulating and critically evaluating investment arguments, and presenting information in a clear written format. ●Broad knowledge of different markets and business models, with the ability to assess investment quality from a technical standpoint. ●Problem-solving skills and result-driven, with the ability to create innovative investment solutions/structures. ●Act promptly based on accurate and timely analysis and make swift and accurate investment decisions. ●Understand the needs of investment firms and other stakeholders and respond accordingly. ●Excellent written and verbal communication capability. Preferred: ●High-level understanding of blockchain technology and cryptography. ●Provide improved solutions for IOSG investment portfolios.
