Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of online campaigns across our app and official website (including new user onboarding rewards, trading competitions, airdrops, referral programs, and seasonal marketing), ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Establish data tracking metrics for campaigns (such as participation rates, conversion, retention, and trading volume spikes); conduct post-mortem analysis to continuously iterate on campaign mechanisms and gameplay. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance teams to drive product backlogs, page development, creative assets, and regulatory approvals. User Growth & Retention: Design differentiated campaign mechanics (tiered rewards, task systems, viral loops) aligned with platform goals (user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume) to boost core business KPIs.
Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above; 1–3 years of operations experience in Internet, FinTech, or Web3 industries. Prior experience with crypto wallets, payment systems, or FinTech products is highly preferred. Campaign Mastery: Proven track record of end-to-end campaign planning and execution, with the ability to independently deliver campaign proposals (including goal breakdown, mechanism design, budget forecasting, and risk mitigation). Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions through data; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a solid plus. Project Management: Excellent communication and project driving skills, with a demonstrated ability to efficiently coordinate resources across Design, Tech, and Product teams.
Compensation: $5,000 – $8,000 / month (plus performance-based year-end bonus, typically starting from 2 months' salary) Location: Princeton, NJ or Remote (US)
