What You'll Own - Drive growth strategy for Gate's US stocks and equities business globally - Build partnerships with broker-dealers, liquidity providers, market makers, fintech platforms, and institutional players - Expand affiliate, IB, KOL, and channel partner networks to grow users and trading volume - Work across product, marketing, compliance, and regional teams to execute on strategy - Track competitors, regulatory shifts, and emerging opportunities in the US equities space - Support go-to-market for new stock trading products and features
Who We're Looking For Must-haves: - 3+ years in BD, partnerships, or institutional sales within brokerage, fintech, or trading platforms - Strong understanding of US equities market structure and ecosystem - Existing network across brokers, market makers, fintech companies, or institutional clients - Proven track record driving revenue, partnerships, or user growth - Fluent English; comfortable operating across global, cross-functional teams Strong plus: - Background at a global exchange, online brokerage, or fintech trading platform - Familiarity with equities, ETFs, options, margin, or multi-asset products - Experience running affiliate or IB growth programs
