Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Developer Relations Engineer/Lead to help grow our developer community and enhance the developer experience on Pharos Network. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support Assist developers in resolving technical issues, providing insights, and guiding them through the development process on Pharos. DevRel Develop comprehensive learning materials such as developer handbooks, FAQs, tutorials (101 level to advanced), and other educational content to onboard new developers and keep existing ones engaged. Feedback Loop Collect and relay community feedback to the engineering team to improve Pharos Network's features and developer tools. Advocacy Represent Pharos at conferences, tech talks, and other industry events to increase visibility and adoption of the network. Community Engagement Act as the bridge between Pharos Network and the global developer community. Organize and host workshops, webinars, hackathons, and meetups to foster community growth. Qualifications: Experience 2-3 years in Web3 development with a strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and crypto jargon Technical Skills Proficiency in at least one language that can compile to EVM bytecode (e.g., Solidity) and one for WASM (e.g., Rust, AssemblyScript). Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be adept at explaining complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. Community Leadership Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to developer communities, either online or in-person. Educational Content Previous experience in creating technical documentation, tutorials, or educational materials for developers. Nice to Have: Ability to speak and communicate in multiple languages, example Mandarin, Hindi, Vietnamese etc Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, passionate about blockchain and the future of Web3
