职位描述

- Develop and execute the product brand strategy to position Coin98's products as leading brands in the Web3 industry - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of product brand initiatives - Develop and manage budgets for product brand initiatives and ensure that all spending is in line with company goals and objectives - Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies - Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives - Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product brand initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary

职位要求

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - 4 - 6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a particular emphasis on managing overseas projects. - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience with market research, brand positioning, and brand messaging - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind - Proficiency in both written and verbal English - Good cryptography/Web3 knowledge is a big plus
