Identify, prioritize and close high-impact partnerships with protocols, wallets, exchanges and institutional partners. Own the full partnership lifecycle from outreach and discovery to negotiation, integration and ongoing relationship management. Work closely with product, engineering and marketing to shape partnership roadmaps and co-marketing opportunities. Represent Reflect externally at conferences, events and online to grow our brand and ecosystem presence. Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and positioning. Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline and report on BD performance and key metrics.
3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales in crypto, fintech or financial services. Proven track record of closing and growing B2B or protocol-level partnerships. Strong understanding of DeFi, stablecoins and on-chain financial infrastructure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High agency and comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving startup environment. Ability to work across time zones and manage relationships with global partners. Nice to have Experience working with or at on-chain protocols, wallets or exchanges. Existing network of relevant contacts in the Solana and broader crypto ecosystem. Experience with revenue-sharing and performance-based partnership structures. Experience working with yield-bearing assets or neobanking products.
