Moderation Operations 1️⃣ Oversee day-to-day moderation operations, including internal teams and outsourced vendors. 2️⃣ Optimize moderation workflows and quality assurance processes. 3️⃣ Partner with Product and Engineering to improve AI moderation tools, AI classifiers, and reporting systems. Ecosystem Risk Management 1️⃣ Monitor emerging threats and abuse patterns across the platform. 2️⃣ Lead incident response for high-severity content violations and crisis scenarios. 3️⃣ Develop escalation protocols and cross-team coordination mechanisms. 4️⃣ Work with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams to align governance with global regulatory requirements. 5️⃣ Partner with Creator Ops to educate and communicate policy changes to the creator community. 6️⃣ Represent Binance Square's governance philosophy to internal and external stakeholders.
