We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at our Kuala Lumpur office. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring smooth office operations, this role is perfect for you. As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our office functions. Key Responsibilities: ・Locate and Seek Malaysia Office Location: Conduct thorough research to identify suitable office locations within Kuala Lumpur, considering factors such as accessibility, facilities, and cost-effectiveness. ・Maintain and Manage Office Functions: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies management, facility maintenance coordination, and ensuring a comfortable and conducive work environment for all employees. ・Assist with Airline and Hotel Bookings: Handle travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, to facilitate smooth business trips. ・Assist with Accounting Processes: Collaborate with the finance team to support basic accounting tasks, such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and record keeping.

职位要求

Qualifications: ・At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols. ・Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for effectively managing documentation and communications. ・Outstanding Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a structured approach to work, even in a fast-paced environment. ・Excellent Proficiency in Chinese and English: Fluent communication in both Chinese and English is crucial for seamless interaction with colleagues and stakeholders. ・Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for maintaining professional correspondence and documentation. ・Based in Kuala Lumpur: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuala Lumpur to fulfill the onsite nature of the role.
