Japanese Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: 1. Handle user inquiries and address user concerns through online customer service tools. 2. Provide timely feedback on issues users encounter during usage and assist in issue collection and organization. 3. Proficient in Japanese; Chinese language skills are a plus. 4. Strong business acumen; ability to grasp basic business concepts after training. Prior knowledge and experience in finance is a plus. 5. Think critically about daily tasks, identify user experience pain points, discover user needs, and drive issue resolution and process optimization. 6. Ability to work in rotating shifts or extended night shifts.
