投资经理（投研型） 岗位职责 1、分析一二级市场热门项目的动向及行业动态，开展web3相关赛道研究，偏应用层（DeFi, SocialFi, etc.），包括赛道扫描、逻辑梳理和重点项目研判 2、对拟投资项目进行可行性研究、尽职调查、经济模型分析、估值与投资回报分析，撰写投资可行性分析报告，并参与项目的整个过程：从发现机会（Sourcing）到完成交割（Deal Close） 3、跟踪市场竞争对手和行业动态，为投资决策提供数据支持和市场洞察 4、维护投资组合的相关文件和记录，确保合规性和法律要求的履行 5、参与投资会议和行业活动，扩展人脉和寻找新的投资机会 Job Title: Investment Manager Responsibilities: 1. Organize and maintain research processes while gathering data to support analytical initiatives, conduct research on web3-related tracks, with a focus on application layers (DeFi, SocialFi, etc.). 2. Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, economic model analysis, valuation, and investment return analysis for potential investment projects. Prepare investment feasibility analysis reports. 3. Track market competitors and industry trends, providing data support and market insights for investment decision-making. 4. Maintain relevant documents and records of investment portfolios, ensuring compliance and adherence to legal requirements.
岗位要求 1、拥有相关硕士或以上学位，毕业于中国内地排名前 10 名高校或 QS Top 100 院校的硕士研究生，计算机、理工类专业优先 2、具备在Web3领域2年以上的投资经验和深入理解 3、至少熟悉1～2门编程语言，比如Solidity, JavaScript/C++/Python/Rust等。 4、熟悉数字资产、区块链和加密货币市场，对各大公链、Layer2、基础设施等赛道有较为深刻理解 5、具备良好的英文能力，能够流利地进行口语和书面交流 6、热情积极、主动进取，具备较强的冲劲和自我驱动能力 7、良好的沟通和协作能力，能够与团队和合作伙伴建立良好的工作关系 8、能够在快节奏、远程工作环境中独立工作和协作 Requirements: 1. Graduated from QS Top 100 university with a master's degree. 2.Over 2 years of investment experience and a deep understanding of the Web3 domain. 3. Proficiency in at least 1-2 programming languages, such as Solidity, JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, etc. 4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. 5. Excellent attention to detail and strong data work ability. 6. Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 7. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
