-Develop and support macOS, iOS, Android and cloud systems such as Google Workspace, App Store Connect, GitHub etc. -Provide technical assistance on macOS and cloud-based system. -Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems related to employees software and cloud systems. -Help onboard new team members to operating systems, cloud systems and other operational systems. -Help maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures.
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field preferred. -5+ years working in IT Support Environment. -Must be comfortable with multiple OS ecosystems. (Apple, Microsoft, Android, etc.) -Ability to take lead on unexpected application specific problems and prioritize appropriately. -Effective time-management and ability to multi-task. -Must have a passion for Customer service and problem solving. -Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
