Develop, formulate and analyze marketing strategies across various community channels to drive user engagement around themes, trending topics etc including but not limited to online AMAs, educational courses, community growth plans. 3. Excellent communication skills, proactively interact with community members; analyze data to formulate community strategies, optimize outreach mechanisms to improve conversion, build community-user engagement, gather feedback to improve products, rapidly increase user activity and trading levels. 4. Track project and trending community interests, filter projects and affiliates, and collaborate with BD team. 5. Manage content calendar, performance metrics and regular progress. 6. Ensure community channels are free from scam activities impersonating LBank community, timely handle community disputes or public relation issues.
1. At least 2 years of professional experience in blockchain community, growth or related program management, preferably in blockchain and financial industry. 2. In-depth knowledge of community operations with hands-on experience successfully building and managing large-scale communities from scratch and driving trading volumes. 3. Strong track record in developing and executing community growth strategies on Discord, Telegram and Reddit. 4. Experienced trader and influencer with comprehensive knowledge of spot markets, understands token ecosystems and contracts. 5. Knowledge of SEO and SEM – basic understanding of search engine optimization and content visibility marketing. 6. Able to quickly pick up new platforms and technologies, strong interpersonal, hands-on and self-motivated, results-oriented with good teamwork spirit. 7. Fluent in English and Chinese. 8. Adaptable to remote work. 9. Able to start immediately preferred.
