-Manage global and TH (Thailand) community engagement, including responding to comments and questions, moderating discussions, and creating and hosting community events -Oversee social media account management, including developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, and analyzing social media metrics -Create and schedule Twitter posts, including writing engaging and informative content, using relevant hashtags, and targeting the right audience -Write and publish blog posts, including researching and writing informative and engaging content, optimizing posts for SEO, and promoting posts on social media -Coordinate social media announcements, including scheduling posts across all social media platforms and tracking engagement -Source and collaborate with marketing agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns -Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote Lightnet's products and services -Brief design teams for artwork and product video creation, including providing clear instructions and feedback -Assist in the planning and execution of LIVE events, including developing event concepts, managing logistics, and coordinating with vendors -Manage on-site event logistics, including setting up and taking down event space, managing volunteers, and assisting with registration and check-in -Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to attend and speak at Lightnet events -Coordinate event production, including sourcing necessary resources, such as audiovisual equipment, catering, and transportation -Handle accounting documentation related to events, such as invoices, receipts, and contracts -Prepare memos and payment forms related to events -Assist with contract handling for event partnerships
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field -Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management or a related role -Experience in social media management -Experience in event management (preferred) -Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) (preferred) -Strong writing and editing skills -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Strong interpersonal and communication skills
