Community Manager (Part-Time) -Manage and grow the community via social platforms, such as Discord and Twitter, with a focus on Reddit -Host virtual events and AMA's to build brand awareness and engagement -Network and engage community members at all levels (devs, users, etc) -Bring any and all business development leads to our Business Development team including but not limited to projects within DeFi, Gaming, Institutions, Enterprises, and NFTs -Monitor and report feedback
-Minimum of 1+ years of demonstrated experience in leadership, teaching, or community management -Commit to working 20 hours per week -A desire to learn, grow, and take on new skill sets -Established Web3 network -Above all must enjoy hanging out with the community and team, engaging throughout the day NICE TO HAVE -Proficient in a second language -Deep immersion in gaming cultures (e.g., DeFi, Gaming, Trading/Alpha) -Experience running a gaming guild/clan (officer or guild leader) -Understanding of gaming adjacent cultures (nerd, DeFi, Trading/Alpha, hobbyist) -Connections to universities (at least one)
