Quality Assurance Engineer -Developing and directing software system testing and validation procedures. -Team with Product Management and Developers to brainstorm new features. -Advise and lead usage of necessary testing tools and frameworks in order to deliver the project based on the defined business requirements -Write, execute, and review test plans for new product features -Monitor quality assurance discipline by using industry standards -Give inputs on quality assurance engineer’s performance, improvements and other that affects the work related aspects of team mates. -Create a Technical Requirement Documentation based on the counterpart Business Requirement -Investigate and reproduce problems reported by customers. -Work on initiatives to improve test processes and tools.
-B.S. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any related course. -At least 1 year of related work experience. -Exceptional problem-solving skills. -Has worked with automated tools and testing frameworks -Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment. -Excellent communication skills as this position requires working and collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders. -Self-motivated and capable of working independently. PREFERRED -Practical experience with Agile/Kanban team development. -Experience using Jira as an Agile tool. -Familiar with code coverage and continuous integration.
