Collect, analyze, and share market feedback with our tech team to guide product development and ensure our offerings remain competitive. 4. Strategic Proposition: Proactively propose and develop arguments for innovative ideas and initiatives that can help our products stand out in the market. 5. Collaboration & Project Management : Leverage available research resources within the tech teams to achieve shared goals successfully. Act as a liaison between your role and domain experts within the tech teams, facilitating targeted, specialized research that can enhance the overall quality and depth of your outputs. 6. Team Growth and Management: While immediate additional hiring is not on the horizon, be prepared to take on team growth and management responsibilities as needs arise. This includes the potential to advocate for new headcounts or external resources.
- Currently pursuing a PhD, or hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Cryptography, Computer Science, or a closely related field. - Proven research experience, supported by a portfolio of published research papers or similar publications that demonstrate expertise in the field. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling content. - Strong analytical skills with an ability to stay updated with industry trends and dynamics. - Proven self-management and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Team-oriented mindset with a drive to foster cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role. - Active engagement in crypto Twitter, communities or forums. - Professional experience in researching zero-knowledge technology. - In-depth knowledge of current approaches to scaling Ethereum, along with an understanding of the associated trade-offs.
