职位描述

工作职责: 1. 为COO或客户预约机票,酒店,餐厅等 2. 外籍签证申请,移民管理 3. 维护准确的员工记录,包括个人信息、劳动合同和绩效相关文件。 4. 与第三方进行沟通,并支持管理层 5. 确保遵守劳动法律、法规和公司政策。 6. 了解人力资源领域的行业趋势和最佳实践。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist employees and clients with reservation of airline tickets, resturants and hotels 2. Foreign Visa Application, Immigration administration 3. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance-related documentation. 4. Liaise with a 3rd party and support management 5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. 6. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR.

职位要求

岗位要求: 1. 必须具备中文知识,英文是首选。 2. 至少1年人力资源和/或办公室管理员经验。 3. 熟练使用Microsoft Office套件,包括Word、PowerPoint、Excel和Outlook。 4. 出色的书面和口头沟通技巧。 5. 需要积极友好的性格和专业形象。 6. 在处理机密信息时保持高度诚信和谨慎,并与各个层级的人员专业相处是必要的。 Job Requirements: 1. Knowledge of Chinese is a must, English is preferred. 2. At least one year of Human Resource and/or office administrator experience. 3. Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook 4. Great communication skills, both written and verbal 5. A positive and friendly disposition is required, along with a professional appearance. 6. A high level of integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels are imperative.
