Job Description 1. Responsible fofor receiving user's consultation and answering user's doububts through onlinecustomer servrvice tools; 2. Feedbdback the problems existing in the use process of users in a timely manner, and do agood job in collecting and sorting out problems; 3. Profificient in Vietntnamese and English, Profificient in Mandarin is a plus; 4. Strong business sensitivity, able to master basic business aftfter receiving training. Finanancialrelated knknowledge and experience is prefeferrrred; 5. Think about daily work, be good at discovering obstacles in user experience, mining userrequests, and promoting problem solving and process optimization; 6. Able to work in shiftfts./Able to work fufull-night shiftfts (3 shiftfts per day: 9:00-18:00, 15:00- 00:00, 00:00-9:00)

Experience in providing supupport rt to customers, including telephone, email, ticket, andonline chat servrvices; 9. Good at commmmumunication, good expression abilityty, strtrong affffifinityty, hard-working, goodpressure bearing ability.
