职位描述

-Work as part of a product team to discover the users’ needs. -Rapidly prototype UX solutions for internal and external products to drive conversion and increase productivity. -Discuss prototypes with stakeholders and incorporate their feedback, shortening the feedback loop prior to development -Create and maintain a design system that can be leveraged across our portfolio of companies -Deliver assets and specs to developers, and validate that designs are implemented according to spec -Stay current with the latest in usability across web, iOS, and Android -Design marketing website template; Perform other duties as assigned

职位要求

-2-4 years of experience in UX design -Strong portfolio of design projects -Proficient in interactive prototype creation (using Figma or similar) -Experience with WordPress templates a plus -Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. -Effective oral and written communication skills -Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives. -Able to work under high pressure of multi-tasking requests. -Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
