Event Manager You will: - Work with the Growth team to create events of all sizes ranging from global conferneces to workshops and small scale regional events.
-Crypto and Solana Native. This is critical. You must understand the ecosystem inside and out, key protocols, and be up to speed on all the latest trends. -Skilled in planning and conceptualizing a variety of events, with a strong ability to manage budgets effectively. -Experienced in venue selection, supplier coordination, and adept at scheduling and timeline management. -Proficient in marketing and promotion strategies, with expertise in registration and attendee management. -Capable of leading teams, including staff and volunteers. -Efficient in on-site event management, problem-solving, and post-event evaluation. -Excellent in client and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth execution and meeting of expectations. -A gritty team-player who is ready to roll-up your sleeves and help regardless of the job description. -Ready to travel.
