- Lead strategic partnerships with web3 projects that are a good fit for Arcana - Create innovative proposals for potential partners that drive value for both parties. - Own, maintain, and develop a pipeline of partnership leads in priority verticals - Manage all stages from discovery, qualification, and outreach, to acquisition of customers - Participate in events and conferences across the globe and fill the top of the sales funnel - Foster relationships, and lead discussions and negotiations with prospective partners from C-level execs to key functional leads - Stay up to date on developments in the ecosystem to identify new partnership opportunities

职位要求

- At least 2-3 years of experience with demonstrated success in negotiating and closing technology partnerships or B2B sales - Experience in outbound lead gen strategies - Strong ability to understand complex products and clearly communicate them - Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and listening skills. - Passion for blockchain and/or developer tools - Experience leading partnerships for blockchain or web3 projects - Crypto native or early adopter of Blockchain technology - Native English speaker or native English proficiency - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field
