About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Back-end Developer to join our team. As a Back-end Developer, you will leverage your skills and knowledge of distributed systems to power groundbreaking technology using Golang. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration between the back-end and front-end of the application. Key Responsibilities: ● Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable applications within the Puffer Ecosystem. ● Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the back-end and front-end components of the application. ● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and standards. ● Actively participate in design and code reviews, standups, and the agile development processes. ● Stay abreast of emerging technologies, concepts, tools, and frameworks.
Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. ● Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in back-end development. ● Proficient in the full life cycle development using Go. ● Track record of successful delivery of complex and high-scale software systems. ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points: ● Familiarity with blockchain tech and concepts such as cryptography, polynomial commitments, signature schemes, hash functions, parallel computing. ● Ability to integrate smart contracts. ● Experience with Liquid Stacking or Node Operations platforms.
Compensation range: 100k-200k with potential token allocation depending on experience and performance. Additional Information: This is a full-time position, and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
