Hello! MEXC is looking for a German Talent Acquisition Specialist. If you wanna join the young and ambitious team, and be a part of a Global Exchange then you are exactly that specialist we are seeking! - Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management - Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms - Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience - Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility - Quick learner with a positive working attitude - Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous - Able to multitask and work within a timeline - Familiar with the blockchain industry - Excellent English and German( written and spoken) Nice to haves - Fluency in Mandarin
