1. Proven experience as a Website Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking. 2. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus. 3. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. 4. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. 5. Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies. 6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 7. A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field is preferred.
