The QA & Testing Engineer will play a crucial role in the software development process by ensuring that software products meet specified requirements and are of high quality. You will collaborate closely with the development team to identify bugs, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. Your role will involve both manual and automated testing processes to validate software functionality, performance, and security by conduct all kinds of test. You will work with a globally distributed team of top-tier engineers and collaborate with leading researchers in cryptography and blockchain protocols to implement and maintain the best web services in a secure and efficient manner. ### Job Description: - Work closely with team members(developer, devops) to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and technical specifications to ensure high quality. - Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases - Document test procedures, test results, and defects thoroughly to facilitate effective communication and resolution. - Conduct all kinds of testing including performance/regression/fuzz testing to evaluate software scalability, reliability, and responsiveness. - Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to software testing and quality assurance. - Hands-on manual investigation and reproduction of functional Backend software issues. - Investigatory testing of unreleased features including defining requirements, behavior and impact.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related majors. - At least three year experiences in conducting blockchain/web3 related QA testing. - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices. - Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. - Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Golang, Bash, or Ruby. - Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
