We are in search of a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Associate to become a part of our team. This individual must possess a deep knowledge of the industry and will take charge of initiating project outreach and introducing the Launchpad, in addition to forging partnerships. The role also involves crafting collaborations with KOLs. As a member of our team, you will significantly contribute to broadening our project's presence, elevating its brand prestige, and cultivating key alliances in the ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing KOLs, projects, and other potential partner resources, establishing cooperative relationships, expanding project influence and exposure, and enhancing the brand value and recognition of the project. - Serve as a representative of the company, maintain good relations with KOLs and marketing channels, and achieve long-term cooperation. - Discover excellent potential projects and facilitating their launch on the platform. - Responsible for exploring and developing cooperation with platform Launchpad projects. - Leverage resource to actively facilitate cooperation with other projects. - Deeply understand the dynamics and trends of the blockchain industry, actively seek potential cooperative projects, establish cooperative relationships, and promote the continuous development of the project ecosystem.
- Proficient in English, able to fluently use English as the working language; multilingual skills are considered an advantage. - At least one year of WEB3 BD work experience. - Possess good industry resources and network, proactively identify and facilitate cooperation opportunities. - Have excellent communication and coordination abilities and team spirit, capable of effectively coordinating internal and external resources to achieve business objectives of the project.
