- Develop and implement innovative growth strategies that resonate with web3 communities, driving increased engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility across portfolio companies - Advise portfolio companies on crypto native growth tactics to attract and retain platform users effectively - Continuously explore new channels with creative approaches and innovative ideas for experimentation and optimization - Collaborate with portfolio business development and marketing to develop initiatives for expanding the existing community with a focus on the visible community (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Warpcast) - Assist in creating content short-form (blog posts, social content, emails, memes) and long-form (in-depth blog posts, guides, and tutorials) that effectively communicates products to build awareness and demand - Manage relationships with KOLs as well as crypto native and legacy media outlets - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies: strategize activities, shape token economics, establish KPIs, and supervise their execution. - Ability to co-organize and facilitate AMA sessions in collaboration with partners, helping to Prepare topics, schedule sessions, coordinate speakers - Create intuitive program materials to help the portfolio companies understand nuanced elements of Web 3 culture and enhance social and community presence and performance

- Has an excellent understanding of blockchain technology, crypto culture and memes - Has a strong understanding DeFi, NFTs and the variety of existing token standards, models and distribution mechanisms - Advanced knowledge of points, loyalty and gamification mechanisms deployed by blue chip protocols - Ability to analyze and dissent market trends and movements to inform effective communication and narrative development strategies - Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, with a specific focus on the web3 and blockchain community - Proficiency in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition strategies. - Previous experience in initiating and expanding a social media presence and community from scratch.
