Job Requirements: 2. At least 1 year of experience in a business development role focusing on partnership and user growth 3. Strong knowledge of the CIS market 4. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets 5. A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one’s sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience 6. Passionate about the crypto industry 7. Detail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with B2 English and Russian speaker
