职位描述

1. Develop plans and development strategies for customer service products to ensure that they meet market and customer expectations; 2. Formulate the functional design of customer service products and write clear Product Requirement Documents(PRD); 3. Manage the entire lifecycle of customer service product development to ensure timely project delivery; 4. Work closely with the development team to drive product iteration and improvement; 5. Proactively collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the product; 6. Use data analysis tools to monitor product operational data and provide decision support.

职位要求

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, or related fields; 2. At least 3 years of experience as a product manager, preferably with experience in the Internet or software industry; 3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively coordinating various resources; 4. Familiar with agile development processes and experience in project management. 5. Mandarin skills are a must
