- 负责活动策划及执行，包含活动方案策划.资源协调.宣推方案策划.执行排期跟进.活动效果评估等； - 主动发现热点，根据行业.事件热点.节假日等，及时策划活动方案； - 负责渠道KOL活动合作，联合行业内其他公司，共同策划合作活动； - 负责收集.监控和分析活动数据，发现问题，解决问题； - 负责对用户的相关行为进行分析，基于用户情景，有针对性的策划活动，提升用户转化。

职位要求

- **资格要求**： - Web3 相关经验至少1年 - 优秀的沟通技巧，能够在多文化环境中有效工作。 - 强烈的责任感和自我驱动力，具备良好的团队合作精神。 - 熟练使用各种web3市场工具。 - 基本中英文沟通能力
