岗位职责: 负责通过在线客户服务工具接收用户的咨询,并回答用户的疑虑; 及时反馈存在的问题,收集和整理问题; 精通韩语和英语,具备普通话能力者优先考虑; 具有较强的业务敏感性,培训后能够掌握基本业务概念。有金融知识和经验者优先考虑; 思考用户体验中的障碍,挖掘用户需求,并促进问题解决和流程优化; 能够适应轮班工作/能够适应长时间夜班工作。 Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for interacting with customers and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. The role may also involve providing technical support to customer sand assisting with customer satisfaction initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving inquiries from users through online customer service tools and answering users' concerns; Timely feedback on the problems existing in the process, collect and sort out problems; Proficiency in Korean and English. Mandarin ability is preferred; Strong business sensitivity, able to grasp essential business concepts after receiving training. Financial knowledge and experience are preferred; Brainstorm obstacles in user experience, dig out user needs, and promote problem-solving and process optimization; Able to adapt to shift work. / Able to adapt to long night shift work.

岗位要求: 良好的逻辑思维能力,能够判断用户的真实需求; 对客户服务充满热情,负责客户体验,并能够提供全面的问题解决方案; 根据不同对象有效调整沟通方式和风格; 具备自我管理能力,在不断变化的快节奏环境中能够独立工作; 学习能力强,善于发现和总结经验; 具有为客户提供支持的经验,支持方式包括电话、电子邮件、工作订单和在线聊天服务; 擅长沟通,表达能力强,亲和力强,工作勤奋,能够承受压力; 需要流利的韩语,普通话和英语可作为工作语言优先考虑。 Job Requirements: Good logical thinking ability, able to judge the real needs of users; Enthusiastic about customer service, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem solutions; Effectively adjust communication methods and styles according to different objects; Have self-management skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing; Good learning ability, good at discovery and self-summarization; Have experience in providing support to customers, and the support methods include telephone, email, work order, and online chat service; Good at communication, good expressive ability, strong affinity, hard-working, good pressure-bearing ability; Korean fluency is required, Mandarin and English can be used as working languages preferred.
