职位描述 1. 就公司产品及运营活动、潜在监管问题、业务风险和合规性向公司管理层和业务部门提供法律建议； 2. 为加密货币业务（特别是期货、现货交易）提供法律指导和支持，使产品及运营活动符合目标运营国家及相关国际法律基本要求； 3. 构建公司合规体系，起草用户协议、建立KYC、AML流程并使之符合相应监管要求。 4. 代表公司与监管机构、执法部门和外部律师进行沟通，及时发现并指出业务过程中的法律风险； 5. 为潜在的加密货币业务相关的商业交易、新产品、客户条款、渠道商合同和营销材料的法律影响提供建议。 Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal advice to the company's management and business departments on the company's products and operating activities, potential regulatory issues, business risks and compliance. 2. Provide legal guidance and support for cryptocurrency business ,especially futures and spot trading, so that products and operations comply with the basic requirements of the target country of operation and relevant international laws. 3. Build the company's compliance system, draft user agreements, establish KYC and AML processes and make them comply with corresponding regulatory requirements. 4. Representing Blofin’s interests and interfacing with regulatory agencies, enforcement authorities, and external counsel, as appropriate.Discover and point out legal risks in the business process. 5. Advising on the legal implications of potential cryptocurrency business-related commercial transactions, new products and experiences, customer terms and conditions, vendor engagements, and marketing materials. strong sense of team spirit and cross-functional collaboration.

职位要求 1. 持有美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、香港或新加坡法律学位 2. 在美国、英国、加拿大、新加坡、香港或澳大利亚取得律师执业资格或在当地有工作经验；熟悉国际法，熟悉海外相关法律事务操作流程，英文可作为工作语言； 3. 2年及以上交易所工作经验，了解加密货币期货及现货交易、其他金融产品、托管服务和支付（法定货币渠道、PSP 和钱包等）； 4. 能够正确判断商业惯例、监管关系管理和声誉风险，以适应多变的监管和商业环境； 5. 能够在复杂法律领域内能提供实用且可操作的建议； 6. 对加密货币行业及其发展感兴趣； 7. 优秀的团队精神和跨职能协作意识。 Requirements: 1. Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. degree in law from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong or Singapore. 2. Qualified to practice law in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong or Australia or have relevant working experience in the local area; familiar with international law, familiar with the operation process of overseas related legal affairs; English can be used as a working language. 3. 2 or more years of experience working on a cryptocurrency exchange.In-depth knowledge of financial products, other financial products, custodial services and payments (FIAT channels, PSPs and wallets etc.) 4. Sound judgment of business practices, regulatory relationship management and reputational risk to adapt to changing regulatory and business environments. 5. Demonstrate an ability to navigate a complex area of law with practical and actionable advice. 6. Active interest in the cryptocurrency industry and its development. 7. Strong team spirit and cross-functional collaboration skills
