社区活动策划类: 1. 制定并实施社区运营策略,开发和管理社区参与活动和竞赛,以促进积极和活跃的社区。 2. 组织和主持线上线下社区活动、网络研讨会和聚会,确保所有社区活动与Chakra的品牌价值和目标保持一致。 3. 促进与关键团队成员的问答(AMA)会议。 信息传达类: 1. 传达社区反馈和建议,跟踪社区情绪并报告重大变化。 2. 开发和维护社区知识库,为社区使用开发常见问题解答和支持文档,及时且专业地回应社区的询问、关切和反馈。 3. 支持社区成员的技术问题和询问。 4. 协调内容翻译以满足全球受众需求。 社区数据化管理类: 1. 跟踪并分析社区增长和参与统计数据。 2. 制定策略以吸引新的社区成员。 3. 制定和实施策略以提高社区活跃度及留存率。 4. 监控竞争对手活动并相应调整社区策略。 管理类: 1. 管理和监督Chakra的社交媒体渠道(Twitter,Telegram,Discord等),在社区成员之间培养归属感和社区意识。 2. 实施社区奖励和认可计划,管理和发展Chakra大使计划。 3. 有效管理社区预算和资源。 4. 持续改进社区参与流程和工具。 5. 处理社区内的危机管理,迅速有效地解决问题。 部门协同类: 1. 与市场团队合作,使社区活动与更广泛的市场策略保持一致,与产品和开发团队协调,协调产品测试并收集用户反馈以改进产品。 2. 监控并报告社区趋势、反馈和参与指标,在社区和Chakra团队之间充当联络人,向高级管理层定期报告社区活动和参与水平,确保社区的声音在公司决策中得到体现。 社区代表职能类: 1. 在所有相关社区渠道保持活跃。 2. 管理社区相关的合作伙伴关系和协作。 3. 参加相关行业论坛和讨论,代表Chakra发言。 Community Activity Planning: 1. Develop and implement community operation strategies, creating and managing community engagement activities and competitions to foster a positive and active community. 2. Organize and host online and offline community events, webinars, and meetups, ensuring all activities align with Chakra's brand values and goals. 3. Facilitate Q&A (AMA) sessions with key team members. Information Communication: 1. Convey community feedback and suggestions, monitor community sentiment, and report significant changes. 2. Develop and maintain a community knowledge base, creating FAQs and support documentation for community use, responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. 3. Support community members with technical issues and inquiries. 4. Coordinate content translation to meet global audience needs. Community Data Management: 1. Track and analyze community growth and engagement statistics. 2. Develop strategies to attract new community members. 3. Formulate and implement strategies to enhance community activity and retention rates. 4. Monitor competitor activities and adjust community strategies accordingly. Management: 1. Manage and oversee Chakra's social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.), fostering a sense of belonging and community among members. 2. Implement community rewards and recognition programs, manage and grow the Chakra Ambassador Program. 3. Efficiently manage community budgets and resources. 4. Continuously improve community engagement processes and tools. 5. Handle crisis management within the community, resolving issues swiftly and effectively. Department Coordination: 1. Collaborate with the marketing team to align community activities with broader marketing strategies, coordinate with product and development teams for product testing, and collect user feedback for product improvement. 2. Monitor and report on community trends, feedback, and engagement metrics, acting as a liaison between the community and the Chakra team, regularly reporting community activities and engagement levels to senior management to ensure the community's voice is reflected in company decisions.
