Develop and implement a comprehensive ecosystem strategy to drive adoption and engagement with Morph’s layer 2 blockchain solutions. Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners, including developers, enterprises, and other key stakeholders. Build and manage relationships with ecosystem participants to ensure their success and satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and developer relations teams to create programs and initiatives that support ecosystem growth. Organize and participate in ecosystem-focused events, such as conferences, meetups, and hackathons, to promote Morph and engage with the community. Create and maintain resources, such as documentation, toolkits, and best practices, to enable ecosystem participants to effectively utilize Morph’s platform. Monitor ecosystem trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team. Advocate for ecosystem participants internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are considered in product development and strategy. Measure and report on the health and growth of the ecosystem using key metrics and analytics.
Solid experience in ecosystem development, business development, or a related role, with a strong focus on blockchain technology. Proven track record of building and growing ecosystems, preferably in the blockchain or technology sector. Deep understanding of layer 2 blockchain solutions and the Web3 ecosystem in Korean Market is a MUST! Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective ecosystem strategies. Experience working with developers, partners, and enterprises in a collaborative and supportive manner. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for blockchain technology and a commitment to driving its adoption and growth.
