Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related roles. Strong understanding of community dynamics, online engagement strategies, and social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience. Experience with community management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
