Job Summary: As a Senior Visual Designer at Morph, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and engaging designs that communicate our brand’s vision and values. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to create a cohesive and compelling visual identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for blockchain technology. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for Morph, ensuring consistency across all digital and print mediums. Create high-quality designs for a variety of platforms, including websites, mobile applications, social media, presentations, and marketing materials. Produce engaging graphics, animations, and illustrations that effectively communicate complex blockchain concepts. Lead the design process from concept to final execution, including brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and refining designs. Gather feedback to continually improve design solutions and ensure they meet user needs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design, UI/UX, and blockchain technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Solid experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Experience working in the blockchain or technology industry is a MUST. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
