We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to spearhead and execute our marketing initiatives with a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for Televerse across global markets, while building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and communities to drive partnership growth within & without the TON ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with a proactive, hands-on approach. • Go-to-Market Strategies: Design and implement effective go-to-market plans for Televerse across various global markets. • Partnership Management: Cultivate and enhance relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), projects, and communities to secure new partnerships and expand the partnership program. • Community Management: Strategically structure, manage, and scale community presence through diverse local social media channels. • Industry Research: Conduct thorough research on TON ecosystem trends to identify and collaborate with leading projects. • Business Engagement: Drive business engagement and foster growth within the TON ecosystem by identifying and developing new partnership opportunities. • User Feedback and Trend Analysis: Evaluate industry trends and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements of the platform.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in crypto marketing. • Business Development Expertise: Extensive expertise in business development and social media strategies within the crypto space. • Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and managing relationships with KOLs, projects, and other key players in the crypto industry. • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and communicate strategic visions effectively, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Capable of presenting ideas to large teams and top executives. • Project Management: Exceptional project management abilities, with a focus on inspiring collaboration among internal and external teams to achieve shared objectives. • Web3 and TON Ecosystem Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the Web3 space, specifically the TON ecosystem, with strong market analysis capabilities. • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and additional languages, with superior writing and speaking skills.
