Responsibiities Respond to users’ questions and requests via Live Chat and ticketing system. Provide users with complete and accurate information, along with solutions to their issues. Record and summarize issues encountered by users, provide suggestions for product and processes optimization to improve user experience.
Requirements Prior experience in the Cryptocurrency industry, preferably an exchange. Ability to communicate fluently in English, fluency in any additional language(s) is a bonus. Ability to perform shift and weekend duties on a rotational basis.
