Public Relations (PR): Develop and maintain media relations with industry-specific journalists, editors, and influencers to secure press coverage; Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and newsletters to promote company news, product launches, and key events. Manage the company’s reputation through consistent messaging and engagement with media outlets. Content Creation: Oversee and produce high-quality content (blog posts, social media posts, whitepapers, webinars, AMAs, videos, infographics etc.); Ensure consistency with brand voice and messaging. Social Media Management: Grow and manage social media presence; Engage with institutions, community, industry associations, and targeted influencers. SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic; Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies to meet business goals; Identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels (social media, events, emails, search engines); Analyze and optimize campaign performance. Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics; Provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, product, and operation teams; Manage relationships with external partners, agencies and vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the finance, fintech or B2B business sector. Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies; preferably some understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrency and Web3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canvas, video editing tools, WIX, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems). Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Passion for the digital asset/cryptocurrentcy and finance industry and staying abreast of market trends.
