What you'll do: - Develop and implement cutting-edge automated trading algorithms specifically tailored to DeFi venues, including liquidity provision, quantitative trading, arbitrage etc. - Develop and maintain on-chain automated trading systems with the collaboration of our quantitative team. - Collaborate closely with our broader quantitative trading and research team to create solutions for automated DeFi trading.
What we're looking for: - Master's or higher degree in computer science, quantitative finance, mathematics, physics or related field - Rich Experience with high-frequency market making strategies and DeFi focused trading strategies, either professionally or on a personal basis - Strong quantitative and analytic skills for programmatic statistical analysis of large sets of data - Proficiency in Python, Rust or Go. Familiarity with Solidity, DEXs, protocol mechanics, blockchain fundamentals and smart contract security - Full KYC and Onsite Required We’d also like to see: - Great enthusiasm for Web3, Crypto and DeFi - Collaborative mindset - Effective communication skills
