Job Responsibilities: 1、Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Business Development (BD) roles including Affiliate BD and Listing BD positions, with a focus on Middle Eastern markets. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. 2、Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and leveraging established BD networks in the Middle East. 3、Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and qualifications for each BD position, ensuring alignment with business goals and the company's strategic objectives in the region. 4、Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient process from start to finish. 5、Conduct in-depth market research to identify talent trends and understand the competitive landscape for crypto and blockchain BD professionals in the Middle East. 6、Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in the recruitment process. 7、Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and talent demands in the Middle Eastern blockchain and financial markets.
Job Requirements: 1、Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2、Experience: More than 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, ideally in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors, with a focus on Middle Eastern markets. Preferred Experience: 1、Extensive Middle Eastern market experience and network in crypto and blockchain BD roles. 2、Fluency in Arabic and Chinese is highly desirable. 3、Previous experience recruiting for regional crypto exchanges, fintech companies, or blockchain projects is a strong plus.
