Act as the face of the company within the crypto-native community, building trust and credibility. 3.Adoption & Growth Strategies: Develop and execute initiatives to increase stablecoin adoption across various blockchain networks. Collaborate with developers and technical teams to facilitate seamless integrations and use-case adoption. Analyze market trends to propose innovative solutions that align with the latest ecosystem developments. 4.Community Engagement: Actively participate in relevant DAOs, forums, and governance discussions to champion the stablecoin. Create and disseminate thought leadership content to amplify the company's presence in the ecosystem. 5.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and business development, to align ecosystem initiatives with broader company objectives. 1.Professional Expertise: 3+ years of experience in crypto, blockchain, or DeFi industries, preferably in a partnership or ecosystem-related role. Proven track record of building partnerships with blockchain foundations or protocols. Deep understanding of stablecoins, their use cases, and adoption strategies. 2.Crypto-native Mindset: A degen at heart with active participation in crypto communities and DAOs. Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Layer 1/2 solutions, and emerging Web3 trends. Strong personal network within the crypto space, including developers, founders, and community leaders. 3.Skills & Attributes: Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 4.Additional Qualifications: Active user of DeFi platforms and crypto tools (e.g., MetaMask, Aave, Uniswap). Experience with governance proposals and participation in decentralized decision-making processes is a plus.
