What the job involves ChainUp is seeking a talented and passionate B2B Content Writer with a strong command of the Chinese language to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our brand presence and thought leadership within the Chinese blockchain and cryptocurrency community. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content in Chinese across various channels, including our website, blog, social media platforms, and marketing materials. This role reports to the Marketing Director. Responsibilities: ● Content Creation: ○ Produce high-quality, engaging content in Chinese for a variety of formats, including website copy, blog posts, articles, social media updates, email campaigns, e-books, white papers, and more. ○ Adapt existing English content for the Chinese market, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy. ○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that resonate with Chinese audiences and support overall marketing goals. ● Brand Advocacy: ○ Establish ChainUp as a trusted authority in the Chinese blockchain/crypto space through insightful and informative content. ○ Promote ChainUp's products and services to Chinese-speaking clients and partners. ● Market Research & Analysis: ○ Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the Chinese blockchain/crypto market. ○ Research and analyze competitor activities within the Chinese market. ● Collaboration: ○ Work closely with the Business Units and Sales teams to understand ChainUp's technology, products, and services, ensuring accurate and effective communication in Chinese. ○ Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaign strategies for the Chinese market.
● Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Chinese is essential. English communication skills are a strong plus. ● Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the blockchain/cryptocurrency/fintech/Web3 industry is crucial. Familiarity with the Chinese blockchain ecosystem is highly advantageous. ● Content Creation Expertise: Proven experience in creating high-quality, engaging B2B content in Chinese. A portfolio of relevant work is preferred. ● Technical Acumen: Ability to research, comprehend, and explain complex technical concepts in clear and concise Chinese. ● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your writing style to different audiences and platforms. ● Cultural Sensitivity: A deep understanding of Chinese culture and business practices. ● Self-Starter: Proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
