Product Marketer 1. Product Positioning and Messaging Define and articulate the value proposition for Figment’s products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Create consistent and impactful messaging frameworks that highlight Figment’s unique advantages. Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and refine positioning. 2. Content Development and Delivery Develop and maintain product marketing assets, including: Product documentation and user guides. Presentations, FAQs, and one-pagers for sales enablement. Explainer videos, webinars, and onboarding materials for customers. Case studies and ROI calculators. Collaborate with demand generation teams to create content for campaigns, including blog posts, white papers, and social media assets. 3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Partner with product and marketing teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared. Develop campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for new and existing products. Monitor and analyze product adoption rates and feedback to adjust strategies as needed. 4. Sales Enablement and Customer Support Work closely with the sales team to create tools and training materials that help close deals effectively. Support customer success by producing educational resources to address common questions and improve customer experience. Provide ongoing training to internal teams on product updates, new features, and key benefits. 5. Metrics and Insights Measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives (e.g., adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and campaign performance). Use data and customer feedback to refine messaging, materials, and product positioning.
Experience 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, blockchain, or a technology-driven industry. Proven ability to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and marketing materials. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and support. Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively. Creative and analytical thinking to craft compelling stories and measure the impact of campaigns. Knowledge Familiarity with blockchain, staking, and institutional use cases is highly preferred. Understanding of customer personas, segmentation, and buyer journey mapping.
