Must-haves 3+ years of experience in a community manager, marketing, or external communications role in web3 Demonstrated ability to lead communities and convey messages in a manner that is inspiring, energizing, and entertaining. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to take ownership and operate autonomously, with little to no supervision/direction Ability to build something from nothing and excited about the challenge of creating vibrant communities for Orb Labs Demonstrated ability to take light direction and rapidly convert into messages to be relayed to communities Passion for building, a bias for action, and are excited by uncertainty Nice-to-haves Startup experience Experience with design tools
