Job Responsibilities: 1. Effectively deal with potential customers, explain technology, sales skills and payment product knowledge; 2. Provide effective service demonstration to potential and existing merchants; 3. Build efficient, professional relationships with customers and use those relationships to drive the best customer experience 4. Collected customer feedback, assessed customer needs, and communicated them to relevant functional departments

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years experience in key account management, customer support, sales or business development in payment/card collection industry, familiar with global payment ecosystem: familiar with overseas payment market. 2. Understand transaction risks, product risks and local compliance policies 3. Bachelor degree or above, major in economics, business administration or related 4. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills 5. English ability is preferred
