Job Description

投研经理（Senior Associate） 备注：主要看application方向 岗位职责（Job Description）： 1.针对公司重点关注领域进行跟踪研究，为公司调研和决策提供参考。发现海外投资标的，设计投资方案，参与海外项目合作谈判； Conducting studies in certain industries, providing insights and suggestions for the company’s research and decision-making; sourcing overseas potential investment opportunities, drafting the investment strategy, and participating in the negotiation for the overseas investment cooperation; 2. 独立进行业务尽职调查，参与并组织财务和技术等尽职调查、投委会报告； Leading the Due Diligence Investigation independently, participating and preparing the reports of the Financial and Technological Due-Diligence as well as Investment Committee; 3. 对项目进行投资可行性分析，并完成项目分析报告及memo； Analyzing the feasibility of investment, conducting the corresponding analysis in terms of reports and memo; 4. 财务现金流模型构建、估值及回报分析； Building the valuation model, handling ROI analysis; 5. 参与投后管理工作，降低投资风险，协助实施项目退出，提高投资回报率。 Participating in the after-investment management, reducing the investment risk, supporting the exit of the invested ones and improving the ROI.

Job Requirements

1. 全日制本科以上学历，硕士优先；金融或者技术背景二者有其一，复合背景优先； Full-time bachelor's degree or above, Master’s degree preferred; having financial or technical background regarding the compound one is preferred; 2. 英语听说读写熟练； Proficient in English speaking and writing; 3. 三年及以上信托公司、基金、投资银行、证券公司、大型互联网科技企业投资部门等相关工作经历，有一定的同业人脉和研究基础； At least three years of working experience in trust companies /fund houses /investment banking / brokage/ investment related departments in large-scale internet company; embracing abundant industry connections; 4. 具备企业、产品、政策分析、判断能力、熟悉加密货币行业。对海外技术社区了解，投资经验丰富者优先； Having deep understanding of entrepreneurship, products and policies and sense of judgement, proficient in cryptocurrency; with a good command of technique communities abroad and well-experienced of investment is preferred; 5. 具有优秀的逻辑分析能力、财务分析能力和技术开拓能力。 Strong logic analysis ability, financial analysis ability and technology development skills.
