Job Description

- Work across the entire design stack including: speccing, designing workflows and interactions, high fidelity visuals, and ensuring quality implementation - Think holistically about Capsule’s story and build a brand that best represents our mission and vision - Think about the user perspective and find elegant solutions to user problems - Craft designs from first principles because Capsule is building a product that is unlike any in the market today - Iterate and refine the design with the team and customers to build a best-in-class user experience

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in product design and UX - Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment. - Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions - A desire to work at a very early stage startup (and understanding of the upsides as well as responsibilities that come with a role of this nature) - Problem solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints when designing for desktop and mobile (Android + iOS). - Experience owning design workflows end to end. You’ll own translating project strategy into strong design experiences - Familiar with crypto concepts Nice to have - Prior crypto/web3 experience, particularly creating developer and user-facing applications - Prior startup and/or design leadership experience
