Job Description

Founding Engineer - Security & Infrastructure - Build secure and resilient infrastructure from the ground up - Review code across the entire stack and engineering organization while actively participating in developing Capsule’s recovery product - Influence the product roadmap and direction - Help scale the product & team

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of full stack engineering experience where you’ve made significant product-critical contributions - Experience working with highly scalable and secure systems, preferably in the blockchain space - Strong intuition for Systems Design; familiarity with complex systems and balancing both nimble iteration required at early stage as well as intuition on scale. - Built 0→1 products in the past, preferably in startup environments - A deep product sense and strong intuition for end-user experience and business value - A strong interest in shaping the blockchain and cryptography space & familiarity using crypto-powered products (exchanges, wallets, DEXs, etc) - A desire to work at a very early stage startup (and understanding of the upsides as well as responsibilities that come with a role of this nature) Nice to have - Experience working with Typescript, Go, and AWS - Prior blockchain and/or applied cryptography experience, particularly with MPC-based systems - Prior engineering leadership experience
