Understand the Web3 industry and be familiar with market trends. 2. Develop comprehensive marketing plans and execute specific tasks, including operating and increasing user growth in major promotional channels. 3. Participate in the overall development plan of the company and provide decision-making support and advice. 4. Monitor market trends, identify potential partners and customers in a timely manner, and provide leads and support to BD. Qualifications for the Position: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of work experience in the Internet-related marketing industry, including at least 1 year of experience in the Web3 industry. 2. Good at discovering and tapping new traffic opportunities, familiar with Web3 market development, and has a unique approach. 3. Have a promotion strategy and tactics for B-to-B products, accurately grasp the company's positioning based on market analysis. 4. Smart and insightful, strong communication and execution skills, good at integrating resources from multiple parties to achieve results. 5. Have sufficient entrepreneurial spirit, love challenges, and are long-term thinkers. 6. English can be used as a working language.
